TEXAS – We all have inflammation in one form or another, whether it's from eating foods that make us bloated, joint pain, arthritis, etc. 

But, there's a quick solution that with a little consistency, can help reduce swelling.

There are three temperature levels starting at -166 degrees (yes, negative). You stand in the chamber for two to three minutes, and the goal is to reduce your skin temperature between 30 and 50 degrees per session.
