Good morning, North Carolina! Here's what you need to know today.
Your Weather Planner
This is about as good as it gets for the latter days of August. Humidity has plummeted and temperatures have dropped, creating conditions to the levels we would usually see for late September or early October for some areas.
A mix of sun and clouds is likely for most of us Wednesday, while sunshine should be in full supply across the coastal plain. Upper 70s and low 80s are likely with slightly warmer temperatures down east and cooler numbers in the higher elevations.
More of the same is ahead for Thursday with slightly warmer temperatures but consistently low humidity.
