Heavy rain will start to settle in on Sunday morning but we may briefly begin the day with ice in the inland areas. Check out our latest blog for a look at the storm's impacts across the state.

The bigger story will be heavy showers and very strong winds starting tomorrow and especially Sunday night into Monday. Winds could as high as 60 mph along the immediate coast including the Outer Banks. These types of winds could cause some coastal flooding and beach erosion, especially along N.C. 12.
