EMS staff Brandon Hill, David Retano, Tyler Bowker, Jansin Williams, Frankie Trifilio, and Tyler McNiel were deployed to stage in Houston.

The Facebook post also said:

“We are incredibly proud of the dedication of these first responders and their commitment to help those in need.”

Thirteen counties in the area were declared disasters by Gov. Gregg Abbott. There were also numerous flight delays and road closures.

Local officials said the rainfall caused flooding worse than what happened during Hurricane Harvey.
