Be careful on roads through the morning. Some areas might still be slick from freezing rain.

What You Need To Know

  • Freezing rain comes to an end later this morning

  • Precipitation transitions to all rain

  • We dry out by this evening

Ice accumulation of fewer than 0.10 inches is possible through the morning. That number may look small, but it only takes a very small amount of ice to make traveling unsafe.

By the end of the morning, we'll see all rain. That moisture will continue to move out of the state through the end of the day.

Even though we'll be dry tonight, temperatures will be cold. Many places will dip down into the 20s, so refreezing of the wet grounds might cause some issues tonight and tomorrow morning. Take it slow if you have to drive.
