A date has now been set for NXIVM founder Keith Raniere to learn his fate.

Raniere, seen here, is set to be sentenced on October 27. That's been pushed back several times.

Last June, a jury convicted Raniere of a number of charges including, racketeering, and sex trafficking for his role in the alleged cult.

He faces up to life in prison.
