Another delay in the sentencing of NXIVM associates. This time, attorneys for Seagrams heiress Clare Bronfman filed a motion requesting her sentencing date be moved to March 30 or later.

Her sentencing date was initially set for February 14, but after her attorneys received hundreds of pages of victim statements this week, they say they need more time to address the allegations.

In addition, the motion says her lead counsel is scheduled for a separate eight-week trial — which attorneys say will limit his ability to prepare for Bronfman's sentencing.

She has previously pleaded guilty to harboring someone in the U.S. illegally for unpaid labor and committing credit card fraud on behalf of Keith Raniere — the co-founder of the alleged Capital Region cult NXIVM.
