Durham police are searching for a 23-year-old man accused of assaulting an officer at Forest Hills Park.
Police say Nickolas Cureton is wanted on seven counts after the alleged assault Monday.
They ask anyone with information to contact Durham police.
Forest Hills Park is a city-run neighborhood park on University Boulevard, just south of downtown Durham.
Cureton faces charges of felony assault on an officer, felony flee to elude, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, two counts of hit and run and other charges.
