CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The college student from Apex who was seriously hurt in the UNC Charlotte shooting is calling for change.

Drew Pescaro posted a lengthy letter to social media Tuesday, thanking everyone for their support, while also saying he's "sick and tired" of all the violence in the nation.

He says he doesn't have an answer, but he implores leaders at the state and national level - to find one.
