DURHAM, N.C. – North Duke Street in front of the site of the Durham explosion reopened Thursday.

It had been closed since a gas leak caused an explosion that led to two deaths.

Durham says the City Attorney’s Office is continuing to handle communications with insurance companies and property owner attorneys.
