Three Colonie office properties once owned by NXIVM have been sold.

Keller Williams Realty confirmed Wednesday that buildings at 447, 455 and 457 New Karner Road were bought by Rosewood Plaza LP for $700,000. The sale closed in the first week of January.

The sale was made in partnership with the U.S. Marshals Service, which had confiscated the properties as several NXIVM members faced criminal charges.

Keith Raniere, the leader of the alleged Capital Region cult, was convicted on a number of federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, in 2019. Raniere was sentenced to 120 years in prison in late 2020.
