Former NXIVM bookkeeper Kathy Russell received two years probation and community service on Wednesday, and became the last co-defendant connected to the alleged Capital Region-based sex cult to be sentenced in the case.

Russell had pleaded guilty to visa fraud.

She's also required to serve 200 hours of community service.

Of course, Russell is not the only high-ranking NXIVM member to plead guilty in court over the last few years.

Last month, co-founder Nancy Salzman was sentenced to three and a half years in prison for her role in NXIVM. Her daughter, Lauren Salzman, did not receive prison time, but was sentenced to probation.

In July, Smallville actress Allison Mack was sentenced to three years in prison for her prominent role in the defunct organization.

Seagram's heiress Clare Bronfman pleaded guilty to fraud and identity theft charges, and received more than six years behind bars from a judge.

The only member to go to trial was leader Keith Raniere.

Known to followers as "Vanguard," Raniere was found guilty of racketeering, sex trafficking and forced labor conspiracy. He is serving 120 years in federal prison.

Danielle Roberts, who took part in the branding of some members of NXIVM with the leader's initials, recently had her medical license revoked after a state Department of Health investigation.
