Albany police are investigating a shooting that killed a 46-year-old man early Wednesday on Quail Street.
Officers found Tyrone Wroten, a victim of a gunshot wound to the torso, in the area of Quail and Second streets at around 12:30 a.m., while responding to reports of a shooting, according to police.
Wroten was evaluated at the scene by emergency medical personnel and pronounced deceased, police said.
Police are investigating.
