A cold front will slide to our south and a wedge will get established over the weekend. The result will be much cooler afternoon highs both Saturday and Sunday.

Rafael made landfall in western Cuba late yesterday afternoon and continues to head generally westward over the Gulf of Mexico today. Rafael will have no significant impact in the Carolinas.
