The accumulating snow has ended in the mountains, but cold, blustery conditions remain in the High Country. For the remainder of the Carolinas, look for plenty of sunshine today with highs in the low to mid 50s. Mountain highs will be in the upper 30s. It will a little bit breezy, but not as windy as yesterday.
Quiet weather will then remain in place with lots of sun tomorrow and Thursday and clouds building in Friday. Friday's rain chance now looks quite low as that incoming system looks very moisture-deprived.
After a sunny sky Saturday, rain chances increase significantly by Sunday night and Monday.
