RALEIGH, N.C. -- When thinking of meditation, you probably imagine a quiet, dark space. But the owner of Cool Audrey says that doesn't have to be the case.

Her meditation is meant to be practiced at work, on an airplane, or any other situation that makes people feel stressed or anxious.

"When we think about mindfulness in business it's about slowing down to increase clarity, focus, understanding of one another and to do that we have to, so we need to figure out where were going from in the first place.  Are we bringing in stress from the outside world? What kind of energy are we bringing into the work we’re doing," said Cole Baker Bagwell, the founder of Cool Audrey.

She says it starts with breathing. Take three breaths in and out of your nose for 3 to 6 counts, and repeat that 3 to 6 times.

Those who can benefit from this now more than ever are our front line health care heroes. Their efforts to save and care for lives may be even more taxing now, and their tireless work isn't something new. Bagwell says last year, there were $4.6 billion spent on health care because of physician burnout.
