RALEIGH, N.C. -- What if we told you hot yoga could help alleviate seasonal allergies?
Roman Szpond, the owner of Gratitude Yoga in Raleigh, has been instructing classes for 20 years. He says it helps everything from emotional, physical, to even spiritual health, and research seems to back that up.
The American Osteopathic Association says hot yoga can improve respiration, energy, and vitality, as well as promote cardiovascular and circulatory health, and prevent injuries.
But can it actually help with allergies as well?
