CHINA GROVE, N.C. — A man is wanted after allegedly robbing a Circle K early Saturday morning.

The crime happened around 4:55 a.m. at the store located at 513 N. Main Street. Police say the suspect told the clerk he was armed during the robbery, but never showed a weapon.

He reportedly got away with an undisclosed amount of money, cigarettes, and a case of lottery tickets.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20's, between 5-foot-9 and six feet tall, thin build, and last seen wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and a blue hooded sweatshirt. Police say the suspect appeared to have several tattoos on his left arm, around the wrist area.
