DURHAM — When you think of dining out, you typically think of heading to a restaurant and sitting down at a generic table, ordering traditional dishes.

At JB Dukes, they’re thinking outside the box. They’re going for a more relaxed vibe with comfortable seating.

Every season, Executive Chef Troy Stauffer comes up with a new menu.

This season, he’s catering towards the younger generations, and says they skew more to vegetarian style dishes.

He says he's also making sure everyone with dietary restrictions are also well fed.

JB Dukes is located at 230 Science Drive in Durham. They are open daily, 7am to 2pm for barista service; 11am to midnight for bar service.
