Behind Wednesday's cold front, sunshine returns just in time for Thanksgiving on Thursday! Winds will still remain quite blustery through the afternoon in the mountains, with High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories continuing through 1pm, but will begin to diminish Thursday late afternoon. Look for just above seasonal highs, with temperatures set to top off in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Dry conditions will continue overnight and into Friday morning for Black Friday shoppers. Shoppers will need to grab the jacket heading out, as temperatures will start in the mid 30s Friday morning before eventually warming into the upper 50s under mostly sunny skies.

Clouds build for Saturday as our next cold front approaches from the west. This will bring a chance for showers in the mountains Saturday afternoon with rain moving into the Piedmont zones on Sunday.
