People who live in East Greensboro are complaining about drones flying at night near their homes.

Neighbors said they've seen about four drones flying around their neighborhood near Barber Park anytime from 8 P.M. to midnight over the last few weeks.

People said the drones fly near the power lines and stop and watch the homes.

“It bothers me because I don't want anyone to be like it's like a spying and see what they can see and see what time they can leave a certain time," said Greensboro resident, Kenneth Blaine.

People are concerned because they've only been seeing the drones at night, but according to FAA rules and regulations, hobbyist drone users can fly drones at night.

However, there are privacy restrictions.

Officials explained you can fly a drone over homes, but you cannot film a specific home without permission from the homeowner.

The experts we talked to say to contact law enforcement if you see any suspicious drone activity.
