CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Nearly 1,200 people are out to pedaling to help cancer patients.
Charity event, 24 Hours of Booty, is a 24-hour cycling and riding event where cyclists come out to raise money for people battling cancer.
The event was founded in 2002 by one man riding a bike for 24 hours.
Event participants commit to cycling for as much or as little as they’d like within 24 hours; it isn’t a race and miles don’t matter.
