MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. -- The Mecklenburg County District Attorney has announced they will not seek additional charges against a man involved in a deadly shooting at Carolina Place mall that took place in January.
- A man involved in an altercation that lead to a shooting at Carolina Place mall will not face additional charges.
- His only charge is for carrying a concealled gun.
- An employee shot a man he was feuding with.
Thomas Bell Junior will only be charged with misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun.

In January an employee at the DTLR store killed Khali Holmes, 24, during an ongoing feud between he and Bell, officials say.
Prosecutors agreed with Pineville Police’s decision about the charges.
The employee's name has not been released.
