CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Queen City has been packed over the last month with the NBA All-Stars, CIAA, and ACC tournaments.

Saturday night, fans packed the Spectrum Center for the Duke, Florida State game for the ACC Championship.
Just weeks earlier, the Epicenter had lines wrapped around the building during All-Star Weekend, to get gear and be part of ineractive NBA games.
Food trucks and ride share apps also saw up to 50 percent more business during the ACC Tournament.
With the CIAA Tournament leaving after 2020, Charlotte is working on replacing it, and adding more tournaments if they can.
According to the Charlotte Sports Foundation, the Belk College Kickoff game, Belk Bowl, and ACC Championship game had a combined $98 million economic impact last year.
That included 98,000 hotel nights booked uptown, making officials eager to keep sports coming to the Queen City.
