One North Carolina State Senator Jim Burgin (R-12) wants you to know about his district is that it's home to world-class agriculture. Burgin fits right in in District 12: His very first job was working on his grandfather's farm driving a tractor.
In his Know Your Electeds interview, Burgin describes the communities doing great work in his district, including the Boys and Girls Club. Before he became a senator, he served as a county commissioner.
Burgin has served as a member of North Carolina's Senate since 2019.
