ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Seneca Park Zoo introduced its eight-week-old snow leopard cub about two months ago.
Now the zoo is looking to name the cute new addition.
Residents can participate in the name the cub contest this month. You can submit name ideas to NameTheCub@monroecounty.gov.
The deadline to submit names is June 26. The five most popular names will be voted on by the public.
The cub has been hand raised by zoo officials after an evaluation of his mother Timila's behavior and the cub's welfare.
The zoo also launched the 24-hour cub cam where you can check on the little one throughout the day.
