How do I log in to watch videos?

Locate the words “Log In” at the top right corner of the screen (desktop) or in the drop down menu (mobile). Alternatively, you can log in by following the prompts upon viewing a video. Your username and password are the same credentials assigned to you upon subscribing to Spectrum services.

I’m a Spectrum customer, but I still can’t access video content after logging in. Why is this happening?

This could be happening for one of two reasons:

  • You are a Spectrum customer who only has high-speed data and/or phone service. To access unlimited video content, you must upgrade to a video (TV) subscription.
  • You are a Spectrum customer who is trying to access video content from a network that is not in your cable channel lineup.
