AUSTIN, Texas — Legendary musicians Robert Plant and Alison Krauss are hitting the road this summer for their first international tour together in over a decade.
The “Raising the Roof” tour kicks off in June in Canadaigua, New York, and finishes on Sept. 4 at Austin’s Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park. Newly added dates include the Austin performance, Red Rocks, LA’s Greek Theatre, Glastonbury and Bonnaroo. Presale for these additional venues begin at 10 a.m. EDT April 12, 2022. General on-sale tickets start at 10 a.m. April 15, 2022.
The tour will feature Krauss and former Led Zeppelin frontman Plant alongside their band playing music from both their albums: 2021’s “Raise the Roof” and 2007’s “Raising Sand.”
“Raise the Roof” not only debuted in Top 10 on Billboard 200, but it also held first place on the Rock, Americana/Folk, Bluegrass and Independent charts. It has gained national praise from media such as NPR, Vanity and The New York Times and made appearances on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” PBS, CBS, “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and more.
