DALLAS — Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) continues to suspend rail operations on Friday Feb. 25 and limit shuttle bus services due to the winter weather.
This is part of DART's Operating Scenario 2 of their Severe Winter Weather Operating Plans. Service is expected to return by Saturday morning, and DART expects to give a final update by Friday afternoon.
Updated routes, operations
With the current forecast of refreezing of roadways and overpasses this evening, riders should expect delays until noon Friday when temperatures are expected to rise above freezing.
DART bus routes will operate on a Sunday schedule from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
DART will continue to operate 14 shuttle bus routes between rail stations. Routes are available on the DART website at www.dart.org/winterweather. Shuttle bus service will be available every 45 minutes.
Riders who need service to stations in the Central Business District (CBD), Route 560/960 is a Downtown Circulator serving West End, Akard, St. Paul and Pearl/Arts District stations.
The Trinity Railway Express (TRE) will operate regular service on Friday.
DART Paratransit subscription trips will be canceled on Feb. 24 — with the exception of trips for medical purposes.

Cockrell Hill Transfer Location will be available between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m.
