Austin, Texas – Texas Athletics announced Jack Ingram, Midland and Gin Blossoms will headline Longhorn City Limits presented by ATX Web Designs for the first three Texas football home games.
Below are the dates of the performances:
- August 31 vs. Louisiana Tech – Jack Ingram with Jane Ellen Bryant
- September 7 vs. LSU – Midland with Rob Baird
- September 21 vs. Oklahoma State – Gin Blossoms with Drew Fish Band
Longhorn City Limits returns to the LBJ Lawn, located on the northeast corner of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium, for the 2019 season with free pregame and postgame activities. All concerts are free and open to the public.

"What a way to kick this season’s lineup off with three national acts like Jack Ingram, Midland and Gin Blossoms on the Forty Acres. Longhorns fans can look forward to one of the best tailgating experiences in the nation as we celebrate Austin as the Live Music Capital of the World.”
This season, LCL is adding the Deep Eddy Lounge, a brand new cocktail garden featuring unique Texas-themed drinks for fans 21 and older. Fans can also enjoy happy hour pricing at Longhorn City Limits including $5 16-oz. domestic beers, $6 16-oz. premium beers and $5 wine spritzers. Happy hour pricing is exclusive to Bevo Blvd., Smokey’s Midway and Longhorn City Limits pregame.
Stubb's Bar-B-Q will have multiple setups around the LBJ Lawn as well. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to get photos with the new Longhorn City Limits oversized guitar monument and exclusive LCL merchandise at the Team Shop located at the LBJ Lawn.
Longhorn City Limits lineups for future games will be announced at a later date.
