AUSTIN, Texas – One of Austin's favorite summer traditions is back for the 29th season.

ACL Radio’s Blues on the Green kicks off Wednesday night with performances by the local band Jamestown Revival and Sir Woman.

Thousands of people flock to Zilker Park for the free annual summertime concerts. Bring blankets, lawn chairs, cold beverages, dogs, kids, and friends to enjoy the city’s largest free concert series.

The music starts at 8 p.m., but it is recommended to get there early to snag a good spot because the park fills up fast.

The stage is located on the east end of Zilker Park at Lou Neff Road. There is limited parking at Zilker Park, but there is a $15 parking pass available online.

Glass, alcohol, weapons, smoking, and Styrofoam are prohibited in the park.
