David Green, 58, and 18-year-old Kyle Kenoski are accused of attacking a woman on December 21, 2018. The attack happened about an hour after sunset, around 6:30 p.m. at Davis White Park, located near Highway 183.
Police said the survivor was by the swing set, while the suspects were grilling at the park about 100 feet away. The woman noted that one of the men was staring before he tried to strike up a conversation with her.
Shortly after, the affidavit states Green went over to the trashcan, and came back with a knife. Green then held the woman at knife-point and led her to the back of the park.
Both of the men sexually assaulted her. The woman survived the attack and called 911.
Investigators tracked down the men using Facebook. If convicted, they both face five to 99 years in prison.
