AUSTIN, Texas — Richard Overton, the oldest living World War II veteran, remains hospitalized after becoming ill earlier this month.
- Pneumonia left him weak
- He needs physical rehabilitation
- Will be transferred to another facility
Overton was hospitalized for several days with pneumonia. He fought the illness, but is still in the hospital awaiting transport to another medical facility for rehabilitation.
