AUSTIN, Texas — Referees will throw penalty flags for flashing signs at Saturday's Big 12 title game between archrivals Texas and Oklahoma.

Sooners coach Lincoln Riley said conference officials told him his players will be penalized for flashing the "Horns Down" sign.
Referees flagged West Virginia twice for doing it against Oklahoma on November 23.
The Longhorns hope to beat the Sooners for the second time this year.
Kickoff is at 11 a.m. Saturday in Arlington.
