The National Warplane Museum is hosting its annual airshow on Saturday and Sunday. Its "Greatest Show on Turf" is a reference to the grass landing field at the old Wadsworth estate.
This year the event will host an F-16 viper team, an aerobatics corps and a parachute jump team. Thousands of people are expected to visit and climb into some of the aircraft that helped America win the wars of the 20th century.
Gates open at 9:15 a.m. on both days. Tickets start at $35.
