The second suspect wanted in the killing of an Irondequoit family is now on the U.S. Marshals' 10 most wanted list in Puerto Rico.

Authorities say Louis Francisco Soriano, 31, from the Dominican Republic, is believed to be involved in the quadruple homicide on Knapp Avenue on Aug. 31.

According to Irondequoit police, Fraime Ubaldo, 30, Marangely Moreno-Santiago, 26, and their two small children, Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno, 4, and Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno, 2, were all killed and left in the basement of their home. The suspects allegedly tried to cover up the crime by burning the house.

Soriano is believed to have fled to Puerto Rico where federal officers are searching for him. They do not believe he is in the United States or anywhere near the location of the fires.

His brother, Julio Cesar Pimentel-Soriano, has already been taken into custody and charged with four counts of second-degree murder, police say. Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters says the Soriano brothers are cousins of murder victim Fraime Ubaldo.
