The Rochester Police Accountability Board announced the appointment of two new staff members on Monday.
Kevin Rambold has been named staff attorney. The board says Rambold has spent the last 20 years as a self-employed attorney with a focus on criminal and family law matters.
Also joining the PAB is Kannan Tyagarajan as the board's new director of investigations. The PAB says Tyagarajan has a background in investigations, technology, risk management and compliance across 25 years of experience.
“We are excited to welcome Kevin Rambold and Kannan Tyagarajan to the Police Accountability Board,” PAB Executive Director Lesli Myers-Small said in a statement. “With each new hire we are building a stronger agency. The addition of Kevin and Kannan marks a significant step in the PAB’s commitment to strengthening its investigative and legal capabilities.”
