ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester police have identified the man they say stole a car and crashed into another vehicle, killing a Rochester mother of five and injuring her passenger last Sunday on Seward Street.

Taj Isaish-Joshua McMillan-Harris is being charged with second-degree manslaughter and four counts of second-degree assault.

The crash took place in a stolen vehicle.

Three others in the vehicle he was driving were also injured.

Police say the suspected driver was allegedly driving 80 miles per hour in that vehicle when the crash happened.
