Rochester police say they've identified the driver who died from his injuries after crashing his car into a group of trees on Sunday morning.

A memorial was set up to remember Magic Perry, 22, of Rochester after he died from life-threatening injuries he suffered in the crash.

Police say Perry was driving at a high rate of speed before colliding with the trees near the intersection of North Plymouth Avenue and Morrie Silver Way.

He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he died a short time later.
