GREECE, N.Y. — The manager of the post office on Latta Road in Greece is accused of distributing drugs through the mail, according to federal investigators.

A criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York says Ralph Minni, of Greece, was using his position to distribute marijuana and cocaine between May 2018 and April 2022.

Minni is charged with the possession of and intent to distribute controlled substances, the court documents say.

Investigators say other USPS employees helped Minni, including Grace Lopez, who worked at the Henrietta post office and is also facing federal charges.

According to investigators, Minni received the drugs in the mail from an unknown source in California. He would then allegedly supply other postal workers in Western New York with those drugs that were then sold and distributed.

Between 2018 and 2022, authorities say Minni was seen intercepting packages of drugs in the mail and shipping them through the post office. They say he also brought drugs to and from his home and handed them off to other individuals. Evidence of the drugs and boxes used to transport them was also allegedly found by investigators in Minni's trash.

The court documents say authorities began tracking Minni and Lopez in 2018 after receiving an anonymous tip.
