CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — Canandaigua police have charged a man with manslaughter following a deadly fight Saturday night.

Officers responded to Phoenix Street just before 10:30 p.m.

When they arrived, they say they found Anthony Gray, 50, unresponsive as a result of the fight. He was taken to Thompson Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Christopher Diaz, 30, was arrested at the scene, charged, and taken to the Ontario County Jail, according to police.

Police have not said what led up to the fight.
