The city of Rochester is seeking input on the future of the Inner Loop North project.
The city hopes to reconnect downtown Rochester with several city neighborhoods, including the Rochester Public Market and High Falls. The project will restore pedestrian and bike-friendly street grids and create more green spaces.
In January, state and local officials announced $100 million in federal funding for the Inner Loop North transformation project. Construction is expected to start sometime in 2027.
An open house is happening from 6 - 7:30 p.m. Monday at the World of Inquiry School No. 58 Gymnasium.
The public is invited to share their ideas on land use, public spaces and mobility.
