Officials have arrested Mario Mateos, 21, for the shooting Monday night that injured two teens.

Officials say they found the two 16-year-olds with gunshot wounds in the area of Barcelow Street and Seward Avenue.

One of the teens was sent to the hospital with serious injuries, while the other was listed in stable condition after being shot in the arm.

Mateos is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County jail.
