Closing arguments are scheduled to take place today in the court battle for the 22nd Congressional District.
The legal teams for Anthony Brindisi and Claudia Tenney have been in court now for more than a month and a half, trying to sort through voter registration issues and ballot questions in the eight-county district.
We don't expect a decision in this race right away. Earlier this week, the judge ordered the Oneida County Board of Elections to review more than 1,000 affadavit ballots.
They have until Wednesday to complete that review to see if they should be counted.
