Food and beverages are returning to the Dome for Syracuse basketball games.

Syracuse University announced changes to its public health protocols Thursday morning, which will go into effect Saturday evening when the Orange host Virginia. Food sales and beer/liquor sales will resume, though all must be eaten or drank while seated, the university said.

Other public health measures, including mask-wearing and proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for anyone 5 and older, remain in place. The Courtside Lounge and Club 44 are still closed, as are backcourt concession areas.

"The Stadium will continue to operate in accordance with the existing guidance and protocols prescribed by NYS and the Onondaga County Department of Health," an SU statement read.

The previous measures were announced Dec. 17.
