Variable clouds, mild and damp weather gives way to breezes and partial sun this afternoon.

We begin in the 40s and 50s then drop into the 30s by this evening.

Overnight will be cold, a bit breezy and otherwise tranquil with patchy clouds and lows in the 20s, some teens north.

Wednesday starts off dry with increasing clouds, highs in the mid to upper 30s and eventually an icy mix overspreads Wednesday night and lasts through early Thursday morning with lows near the freezing mark.

Light freezing rain changes to drizzle then tapers Thursday with a high in the mid 40s.

Light rain showers return Thursday night through Friday with milder than average temperatures.

Flooding may become a concern late in the week due milder temperatures, snow, ice melt and rainfall.
