The operator of Prestige Limousine has been ordered to submit a DNA sample that prosectors say will prove whether he was the one who removed a DOT sticker from the limo that crashed last October in Schoharie, killing 20 people.

Nauman Hussain faces 20 counts of manslaughter and 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide. 

The trial has been pushed back until January of next year.
