The Thirsty Owl in Saratoga Springs features its homegrown wine from the Finger Lakes in their new American cuisine.
“I think it’s very unique for Saratoga Springs. We do kind of fun and informal, which is kind of what Thirsty Owl is all about,” said General Manager Josh Cupp.
