SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Gershon's Deli in Schenectady has been serving up traditional sandwiches for more than six decades. 

Irv and Lena Gershon opened the kosher-style deli in 1954. Today it's owned and operated sisters Antonia and Bridget who inherited the deli from their father Tony. 

All of the meats like their corned beef and pastrami are cured using Lena Gershon’s original secret age-old recipes and cooked fresh daily.
