SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Albany is celebrating its 76th annual Tulip Festival. More than 100,000 tulips are in bloom in Washington Park. Thousands of people are expected to take in the sights, music and more than 150 vendors from around the world during the three-day festival.
